How it Works…

First we schedule a 15-min discovery call. Here you can discover whether you feel we are a good fit.

If you decide to move forward, I will then offer a 3-month nutrition counselling package. Working your way towards intuitive eating or management of IBS means changing your entire way of thinking when it comes to eating, exercise, and your body. This mindset shift simply takes time. After working with hundreds of patients over the years, there is no doubt a committed approach is best. If we need have more work we need to do together after the 12 weeks, we can reassess next steps and perhaps move to smaller packages.

​I’ll meet you where you are without judgement and listen to your health concerns. I will provide you with support, individualised guidance, and any practical resources you may need to set you up as well. In between our 1:1 sessions, you will also have unlimited access to me during business hours via a GDPR-friendly app for quick questions and encouragement.

  • 12 counselling sessions (1 hour long assessment + 11 40-50 minute follow up appointments) to gain knowledge, assess progress, and set goals for your IBS management plan.
  • Weekly check-in emails and food log reviews for for accountability and guidance.
  • Easy to use tools to increase confidence during the program, including food lists and a reintroduction schedule (if deemed appropriate)
  • Text and email support during business hours for quick questions and encouragement.
  • Coordination of care with your therapist and/or other members of your treatment team, if applicable
  • At the end of the 3 months, we can assess next steps if you feel you still need guidance and support!

3 Month Peace with Food Package- Β£790 (This can be done in 4 installments)

  • 12 counselling sessions (1 hour long assessment + 11 40-50 minute follow up appointments)
  • Nutrition handouts, videos, meal planning tools, recipes as needed
  • Weekly check-in emails and reviews for for accountability and guidance.
  • Intuitive eating journal reviews during sessions with personalized suggestions
  • Text and email support during business hours for quick questions and encouragement.
  • Coordination of care with your therapist and/or other pertinent members of your treatment team, when applicable 
  • At the end of 3 months, we can assess next steps. Healing a tumultuous relationship with dieting and food is not linear and takes time.
