Early post this week as moving day is Monday and we are up to our eyeballs in boxes. This week I have an oat-free granola for those of you with celiac that react even to the oats that claim to be gluten free. It’s PACKED with calcium, too- which, as we learned last week is crazy important if you have a sensitive gut.
Ah, Buckwheat. Give it to me in raw, porridge, or pancake form, but get it in my mouth! Buckwheat porridge- so unassuming, so unglamorous, yet so lovely to wake up to. Perfume it with pear, cacao nib, and cardamom mix-ins… I know, right? This recipe, and just the right mix-ins will have even your glazed-doughnut besmeared coworkers green with envy.
